Chocolate Bar Class

If you are a chocoholic, this is surely the class for you. To start, you choose your favourite chocolate, which can be dark, milk or white. 

You will make solid and filled chocolate bars. Additionally you will be make 3 types of bars which will then be dipped and decorated.

For the creative participants, you will be shown the skill of piping your name or greeting on a chocolate bar. 

What you will make?

• 3 Solid chocolate bars
• 6 bubble bars, filled with ganache
• A selection of dipped bars

As with all our classes, you take home everything that you make.
