Chocolate Making Class

If you have ever wanted to know how chocolate is made and you have been studying the history of chocolate at school, then this is the ideal class for your first day of your summer holidays.

You will learn about where cocao comes from and how it is transformed into chocolate. You will make chocolate lollies and chocolate bars. You will see how we make our giant chocolate buttons and get to taste 8 different types of chocolate.

You will wrap up all the things you have made and take them home woth you.
